School Supply Packs for 2015-2016 school year on Sale starting Monday, April 13th, 2015
The following Documents are required for enrollment:
Official Birth Certificate or Passport
Child's Social Security Card
Proof of Residence: gas, electric or water bill; Lease agreement
Parent/Legal Guardian's Driver's License or Official Government ID. Must be a picture ID.
If you are residing with someone, that person must fill out a form to verify. They will need to present proof of residence.

Please update their child's information from last year. Log into your account and update this information or remove your student from the directory if they have moved on to middle school. The directory is only available to PTA members, so join today!!!

2014-15 Voluntary Student Accident Insurance
The enrollment method parents can use to enroll students for voluntary accident insurance has changed. Parents can enroll online utilizing the internet instead of submitting a paper application. The company (Markel) has dedicated a secure enrollment website. The website address is http://markel.sevencorners.com.
